Job description
The Director for SAP Solutions is responsible for closely liaising with key Finance, IT, Human Resources and Business Executives in executing strategy and objectives for SAP. This role is responsible for managing current SAP business process support and application functionality, along with the effective delivery of SAP Projects companywide. This includes: business solution architecture, application development, systems integration and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP/Technology enabled Business Transformation/Program Management experience with demonstrated business process best practice knowledge and capability to effectively liaise with key business stakeholders. The ability to influence effective and efficient decision making, and plan and execute in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment is key. At Graham some key responsibilities include:

Delivery of targeted business improvement with SAP best practices
Management and successful delivery of SAP Projects ensuring business value and driving customer adoption
Oversee infrastructure upgrades and deployments
Ownership of program scope, work plan and budget
Set up Project / Program management policies, procedures, and standards
Own all aspects of delivery including process design, quality, customer satisfaction, validation, documentation, testing, cutover, go-live and support
Facilitate definition of implementation roadmap, key outcomes/milestones
Monitoring and reporting status/progress to Executive Steering Committee
Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders and facilitate executive level steering committee discussions
Provide leadership, management and talent development to team
Liaise with IT, Finance and other business partners to build strategic roadmap and implementation plans
Institute SAP methods and tools for deliverables/configuration tracking; also Environment change control, Transport Management, Testing, and Global Template Management
Globally define Testing, Validation and Cutover Strategies and build effective processes and organization for companywide SAP delivery

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Science, with a focus in Information Systems
MBA or other Master’s degree
PMI or other Project Management certification
10+ years as a Global SAP Program leader
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver critical concurrent projects
Excellent program management and organizational skills
Ability to attract, motivate and lead people
Ability to institute and drive process excellence and standards
Financial management, accounting and operational management processes and practices such as: budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling and program portfolio management
Management experience in Business operations from 3rdparty service supplier desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: can communicate clearly and concisely with senior stakeholders
Possess an aptitude for translating complex, technical subjects into clear, business-oriented communications
