General responsibilities
Oversee the creation, implementation and follow-up of an action plan for the business unit, in line with the company's strategic priorities and in conjunction with other business units, all with a view to performance management.
Implement management practices and communication strategies that foster positive change management, skills development, employee engagement, talent retention and diversity and that are consistent with Desjardins values.
Specific responsibilities
Implement activities stemming from Direct Sales Division projects and initiatives that support the national service offer.
Help the division implement projects and initiatives needed to reach its objectives and track results and benefits.
Make sure the team stays on the leading edge of project management practices.
Support and coach professionals to develop competencies and promote the unit within the division's administrative departments.
Make sure the department is aligned with and participates in the division's project management office activities.
Challenges and key issues
Continue efforts to set up and run a national team dedicated to managing and contributing to corporate projects and conducting sector initiatives.
Determine and fine-tune the level of harmonization and collaboration needed, particularly as part of the project portfolio.
Manage the administrative department’s capacity and prioritize sector initiatives, using a dynamic management approach where priorities are constantly changing.

Basic requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
9 years of relevant experience.
4 years of management experience.
Other combinations of training and experience may be considered.
Experience introducing and implementing similar functions.
