Job description
We are looking for a person to be a strategic leader in shaping the future growth within the Quality Engineering and Assurance Insurance Organization. We are open in terms of the location but the preferred area for this individual needs to be in the Toronto area and willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
This candidate will lead technical discussions and develop QA solutions centered on functional and non-functional testing while also contributing to the evolution of Cognizant’s test solution portfolio and product development efforts. Running a Portfolio and managing the overall deliverables, helping out on new sales calls.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding & interpretation the customer requirements & specifications.

Support Business Development efforts by participating in Sales calls and presenting QA solutions centered on Insurance Testing Services.
Help to lead the future growth around Quality Engineering and Assurance.
Build and manage relationships with our delivery team
Conduct delivery assurance sessions/engage with project
Manage an enterprise clients in specific QA engagements

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of software quality assurance
Minimum of 5 years in leading testing teams
Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving testing teams through a full SDLC

Preferred Skills:
15+ years of software quality assurance
10+ years in leading testing teams
15+ years of experience in driving testing teams through a full SDLC
