As a Document Process Outsourcing ( DPO) category strategist, new business development leader and hands-on information technology subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role leading the Document Process Outsourcing services program with The DATA Group. Given an ambitious mandate to grow the company's business in this sector, your leadership and personal reputation will add momentum to a growing practice. Working closely with our operational and sales professionals, you'll become a principal architect and pace-setter for this business' expansion. Your role in leading our DPO service offering will be focused on working closely with our Sales team to generate new business, leading the evolution of our DPO service offerings, creating marketing materials and assessing our go-to-market strategy. You have excelled at providing information technology advice in the ECM and DPO market place either as a senior level consultant, sales leader or as an operational strategist. An accomplished influencer, business developer and program leader, you are now ready to choose a career path that will take you all the way to your personal and professional goals.


Financial goal
Generate $25 million in revenue growth from new products and services within 3 years, with gross margins of 50% or more.

Hire and manage an expert team

We anticipate you will require additional Subject Matter Experts to provide sales, marketing and technical support. Hiring will occur as the business venture grows and each business case is approved.

Required Skills

We are seeking a person who has the following demonstrated skills:

Successful experience in leading-edge document management solutions including:
Technical solutions such as enterprise content management, electronic documents, imaging and document/data capture, records and information management, scanning and data analysis.

Application and integration of these technologies to functional operations across virtually all organizational departments of a company.

Selling and marketing these technologies.

Building and managing a team of high performers.

Strategic thinking.

Financial acumen.

Project management.

Bilingual ( English/French) would be an asset.
