Lead all GMP compliance efforts
Facility Qualification, Audits, Certifications, and Agreements
Self-Inspection/Internal Audit Program
Annual Product Quality Review
Establish Vendor Quality and Technical Agreements
Establish lab service agreements

Regulatory Updates and Recall Coordination
Surveillance of regulatory changes and interpretation
Recall Policy
Recall SOP and management
Establish policies for quality records
Mock Recall

Strategic Departmental Planning
Refine and maintain the documented Quality Management System (SOPs and Quality Policy)

Goals and KPI accountability
Lab Cost review and reductions
Processing Yields and Optimization
Staffing & Budgeting Mentor, grow and proactively plan for new staff

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Science degree
Past success in leading a quality team in a highly regulated environment
Solid background in GMP compliant manufacturing and confidence in achieving compliance to 21CFR Part 111
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills
