Job Responsibilities:
The Director, Compliance Program Lead is responsible for managing BU's compliance program for all of the products/operation/policies of the business. This role will report into the VP, Marketing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Partners with business unit leaders to achieve compliance and ethics compliance objectives and to embed compliance standards into the cross organizational business units.

2. Create and Chair corporate Compliance Committee.

3. Advises organizational business unit leadership on compliance risks and mitigation activities.

4. Leads assigned projects to enhance the corporate wide compliance program and to mitigate identified compliance risks.

5. Manages compliance calendars, scheduling, committee meetings, and documenting meetings.


6. Designs, establishes, and monitors compliance structure and processes within cross organizational business units in alignment with enterprise risk management and corporate compliance standards. Includes overseeing assessments, inventories, prioritization schedules, enhancement plans, and self-reviews/audits.

7. Provides and manages compliance templates, tools, and metrics to manage and report on compliance risks and enhancements.

8. Works with ADP's Central Compliance Office in the US and other corporate functions to facilitate implementation of compliance initiatives for Data Privacy, Money Movement, Anti-Bribery and other designated risks.

9. Reports compliance and ethics concerns to designated corporate personnel and assist with investigations, as appropriate.

10. Prepares periodic reports for the Senior Leadership Team and for Central Compliance.

11. Serves as a member of ADP's Global Compliance Committee and of regional compliance committees.

12. Has authority to raise compliance issues and concerns directly to BU leaders, BU attorneys, Central Compliance, the Ethics Department/Hotline and the other avenues as provided in the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Experience:

Minimum of [5] years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in compliance, risk management, or regulatory related function
