Job description
Responsible for corporate-wide performance improvement of a given process area with business impact and risk management responsibilities; champions process consistency and governance. Determines how to achieve organization business plan with designated span of control.

This position requires a seasoned people and process manager who understands ERP system functionality; specifically with experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Human Resource, Supply Chain management as well as Data Management. Serves as a manager, leader and partner with fellow NAIS teams on matters related to data privacy, usability, data release compliance data integrity, and security into our business-facing solutions. This position interfaces with business, legal, compliance and IT staff. This position requires an understanding of data management concepts and is able to recommend and gain reasonable compromises that enhance the value of the organization's data assets.


Leads a team of business analysts that provides consultation/collaboration in order to craft business solutions combining processes, people, and technology. Leads this group to support the strategic direction of the company and functional area initiatives. Provides leadership to promote, develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s business processes to support the prioritization and delivery of demand.

Works with business leaders and sponsors to define and prioritize enhancement requests. Candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one, group presentation and executive leadership situations.

Drives business process transformation working with key stakeholders. Performs fit-gap of business requirements against system functionality. Resolve process issues, escalates issues requirining executive attention. Works in developing business process design documentation.

Responsibilities:
Leads team to support North America business needs, standardization, and reuse by driving business process reengineering.
Acts as enterprise wide and internal process improvement change management leader.
Develops and presents information in small and large group formats.
Leads team to collaborate with the business sponsor(s) to supporting project initiatives including business cases, ROIs, project functional scopes and specifications, and creates “use cases” in accordance with established service levels and documentation standards.
Proactively and continuously identifies areas in functional business area where improvements can streamline workflow, application flow resulting in measurable savings of time, effort and money.
Monitors industry to share and apply best practices in functional business areas of Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Data Governance.
Strategically manage assigned all master data across the enterprise, while ensuring high levels of data integrity, availability, and privacy.
Responsible for governance and policies, standardizing data naming, establishing consistent data definitions, and monitoring/auditing the overall enterprise data quality.
Ensure that the SAP solution and related applications adhere to defined data management practices, policies, and procedures. Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
Ensures team communicates technical ideas in non-technical language to the business.
Collaborates with Planning and Strategy and Information System Architects to ensure business processes are supportive of enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of related experience including 5+ years of leadership responsibility including direct experience leading business analysis teams delivering value added business solutions.
Understanding of Change Management concepts; PROSCI experience a plus (Prosci methodology has become one of the most widely used approaches to managing the people side of change in business)
Demonstrated team management, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills that reflect the ability to work with executives, direct reports, team members and associates to promote and drive sales and marketing standardization and governance.
Strong in program management execution, results driven, and ability to hold team accountable for end results setting appropriate milestones along the way to validate progress.
Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, empowering employees to reach their full potential. Include regular coaching, professional goal
Excellent customer service orientation, judgment skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and work in a team environment and has history of positive customer communication and relationship management.
Knowledge of ERP and security systems along with understanding of process data process flows. SAP experience preferred
Ability to use business analysis and quality assurance applications, and MS Office.
Expertise in business case development when presented with requirements from customers.
Ability to demonstrate solid background creating business process and modeling documentation as well as UML modeling documentation.
Demonstrated ability in facilitating meetings, customer requirements gathering and translation into appropriate documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
